rogerluncheonCabinet Secretary Dr. Roger Luncheon on Wednesday said some of the agencies affected by the budget cuts are in “dire straits” as uncertainty over whether they will get funds to pay salaries and meet other expenses continue.

Addressing the weekly post-Cabinet news briefing he pointed out that employment charges and utilities are some of the areas affected by the almost GUY$21B in cuts from the budget which have left some agencies with allocations of $1.
