OBSERVER I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU
first of all thisarticle is tellin the truth there wasan accident but before they writesomething the should tell the truth
It seems bribe acceptance is now cultural within the police department and much of law enforcement and the public sector. No amount of pay increases will stop this. The government, at this point, need to enact legislation specifically geared towards members of the armed forces, customs, immigration and all public servants for that matter who take bribes, enacting extremely severe penalties for persons who are guilty. Penalties should be much stiffer for people entrusted with upholding the laws of the country. The government needs to send a clear message that they consider this a serious matter, one that threatens the national security of this country.
What's the Truth? Please enlighten us Obsery.
