This is so sad. The GPF needs to stop taking these bribes and the government needs to do an increase in their salaries to stop it. If they find these officers taking bribes they should be punished or sacked from the force. This is one reason why drivers dont uphold the traffic regulations cause they can get away with it for just 1000GYD and even less. The driver should have his license cancelled permanently and be sent to prison for a long time. That is if this story is true and correct.

What a shame!! He was driving drunk, speeding, ran a red light all this with his young daughter in the vehicle with him!! He needs to feel the full wrath of the law!!

I fed up with the amount of sk*nt these minibus drivers get on with these days.

Oh jeez man. Is jus so you gon kill poor people children?

Then you gon ask some lawyer to beg fuh bail.

This guy should remain in jail until the trial ends and serve a very long sentence thereafter.

This nonsense has to stop.

I sincerely sends out my condolences to the little child's family.

Only God knows what they are going through right now.

This is very sad indeed. Condolences to the family and friends. I trust that the driver of this bus will get his license revoked and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Sympathies to parents, families n friends,...FIRSTLY, DRIVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE N ATTENTION SHOWN ON THE STREETS, IF HE WAS SPEEDING N DWI, HE HAS TO STAND THE CONSEQUENCES, TO SEND A MESSAGE.

SECONDLY, WHY WAS A SIX YEAR OLD, ON THE STREET WITH ANOTHER YOUNG CHILD, N NOT THE PARENT,...PARENT SHOULD BE CHARGED ALSO, SEND A MESSAGE, THAT CHILDREN SHOULDN'T BE ON STREETS, AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE, WITHOUT A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.

Some lazy parents, sit their behinds home, n keeps sending kids to the shop to purchase goods, especially in an area, where these crazy bus drivers uses the road.....when one parent has to be jailed, the rest would respect these angel's life.

REST ON LITTLE ANGEL IN GOD'S HANDS.
