Two persons were Sunday night killed in a car accident on the Linden Soesdyke Highway. The police on Monday identified the deceased as driver Saphraz Ali, 33, of Sarah Johanna, EBD, and passenger Joel Mohamed, 50, of Dora, Soesdyke/Linden Highway. "Investigations have revealed that Saphraz Ali was driving motor car HB 6611 along the roadway allegedly at a fast rate, when he lost control of the vehicle which turned turtle several times," the police said. The men were taken to the Diamond Diagnostic Centre where they were pronounced dead on arrival. |
